The Family Life Center focuses on caring for the WHOLE person – emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Reaching out to all ages, we offer a state-of-the-art exercise facility and locker rooms, group fitness classes, four Upward Sports for children, and various adult sports leagues all encompassed within the energetic, Christ-focused atmosphere of our church.

Childcare is offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:15-11:30 am. It is included in all memberships at no additional cost.
- Parent must be a member of the Family Life Center for their child to be a part of the childcare program.
- Parent must remain on campus while child is in the care of the Family Life Center.
- Parent must check in child at the front desk of the Family Life Center before dropping off their child.
Need a personal trainer? The FLC has three personal trainers offering 30 and 60-minute sessions. All of our trainers are CPR, First Aid and AED certified. To purchase personal training sessions or for more info, contact the Family Life Center, 706.860.0454, email@example.com.

Casie has worked at The Family Y, Augusta Country Club, University Hospital, The Medical College of Georgia and Doctors Hospital. She has twenty years’ experience teaching aerobics and group exercise classes. Casie currently works part time at Georgia Regents University and teaches a Boot Camp and Silver Sneakers aerobics class here at Warren. Her certifications include the following: Cooper Institute Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Certification, NETA Group Exercise Certification, AFAA Aerobics and Personal Trainer Certified.
Casie also graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Recreation.
Joe is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. His specialties include weight loss, cardio, balance and core training. He can design a personalized exercise program to meet almost any fitness goal. Joe enjoys long distance running and is an experienced marathon competitor.
He is a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine, and IDEA Health & Fitness Association. Joe also holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and works for the Department of Defense.
Amanda is a member of Warren Baptist and is married with three children. She has a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Amanda’s certification is through Fitour and her focus is on innovative training, concentrating on transforming the mind & body. Her specialties include strength training, flexibility, weight loss accountability & meal planning.
Amanda has also been SPINNING certified since 2008 and has been instructing at the Family Life Center since August 2012. Amanda is also Fitour certified as 2014.
We offer a range of fitness classes ranging from Spinning to Silver Sneakers for Mature Adults 65+.
Studies prove that exercising first thing in the morning reaps the greatest benefits. This early morning class is for those serious about getting and keeping their body fit. Start with cardio on the track, then back to the aerobics room for low impact strength training with bands, balls, weights, and more!
Compliments a cardio class with additional sculpting of the arms, shoulders, outer thighs, backside, and core.
A Latin inspired cardio workout to get you moving and energized. If you want to have fun while doing cardio, you’ll love Zumba! This class is open to women only.
The ultimate calorie killer! Start pedaling and let go as the music takes you on the ride of your life along various terrains, speeds, and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat!
Upward Sports at Warren seeks to provide a way to introduce kids to sports and instill fundamental skills needed to improve their sports experience while promoting the discovery of Jesus through sports. Our program focuses on developing each athlete and creating individuals with strong character, confidence and spirit.
We offer soccer in the fall, basketball and cheerleading in the winter, and baseball in the spring. Be sure to check out our Warren Sports Camps for the summer!
