Divorce Care is a group for people who have been through divorce. Combining video and group discussion, members will be able to examine what happened, how it affects them, and how they can prevent repeating the past.
Terry and Marynell Parker lead our Divorce Care support group. Out of the healing that they experienced from their individual separation and divorces, they have been leading Divorce Care support groups twice a year for the past 10 years. In that their healing resulted from attending divorce recovery seminars, support groups, and Divorce Care itself, they have made this their ministry to help others reach their own levels of healing.
Grief Recovery is a group for people who have experienced the death of a loved one. In this group, people with similar experiences come together to share strength and support.
(For Survivors of Sexual Abuse – Female only group)
Sexual abuse is one of the most traumatic events a person can experience. It is a violation of body and soul that continues to cause pain and disrupt life long after the abuse has stopped. It skews a person’s views of relationships, trust, control, and even God.
In a safe and secure environment, people who have had similar experiences will have the opportunity to consider what has happened, understand how it affects them now and find more freedom to live as God intended.
